Join us in this one-day immersive workshop, exploring what it means to live well and die well. Offered by the Small Giants Academy.
“Dying well is one of our greatest gifts to those we love and leave behind, so they can have a healthier bereavement.”
Death comes to us all, and everyone we love. Whether it’s sooner or later, expected or unexpected. Building a healthy relationship with death allows us to live more presently in the here and now. Becoming more familiar and making friends with dying and death allows us to really live more fully – a liberation of old fears and concerns which are at the core of our human existence. Practical, playful, deep and rich.
Spend a day with embodied Deathwalker, Ceremionalist and educator Zenith Virago, diving into your own relationship with death, build your inherent capacity and acceptance, so you can befriend death, and when your time comes, let go more easily for both yourself and others. Making freinds with death allows you to really live life to its fullest.
