This is a bespoke 4 day workshop in Brno, organised by Ke korenum, the Prague & Brno based funeral, ceremony and memorial organisation. The workshop will be translated from English to Czech. This is the third workshop Zenith Virago has delivered for Ke korenum over several years.
DAY 1 – Exploring and Accepting Death / Embracing the end of our lives.
DAY 2 – Care and Accompaniment of the Dying, including doula’s work – transition from illness to death, care of the body, disposal options, ceremony organization.
DAY 3 – Meaningful & Healing Ceremonies, Transition rites of passage taking people to healthier bereavement, loss and growth.
DAY 4 – Looking into the theme of sudden and more shocking deaths,
e.g. the unborn, young children, teenagers, when people kill themselves, and more.
