Overview
Whether you want to become a Celebrant or an even better Celebrant to assist families and communities, this training is extremely comprehensive and insightful. It provides educational and experiential resources for you to consider, embrace, and practice and includes the elements and processes involved in consulting with the dying person or with the family of those dying. Additionally, it deepens your understanding of ceremony, the subtle and obvious journey you take the people on, and teaches you how to deliver them into a healing bereavement.
Celebrant Definition
A person who guides and supports the dying person, and consults with the bereaved family to create a meaningful, appropriate and ultimately healing ceremony. Through careful listening, crafting and then delivering, the Celebrant aims to ensure people leave the ceremony feeling better than they did when they arrived, and can live on without that person in their lives.
